Great when mixed with ground beef, chicken, or scrambled eggs. Use it on Everything!
Recipe idea: In a heavy-bottomed pot, bring 3-1/2 cups water to a boil. Add 6 teaspoons ANDY ROO'S CAJUN JAMBALAYA SEASONING and 1 cup rice (add 1 teaspoon salt, if desired). Brown 1 lb. sausage, drain fat, then add to pot. If deisred, add shrimp or chicken. Stir well. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat or until all liquid is absorbed. Makes 6-8 servings.
Ingredients: Garlic, paprika, onion, celery, cayenne pepper and other spices. No salt or MSG
